Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or suspected of fraudulent activity.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If an item is made to order or customised, production times may vary and will be stated on the product page. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
We offer selected customised and made-to-order pieces. Production generally takes 30–35 business days, depending on the design and materials required.
Because custom items are created specifically for you, all customised and made-to-order orders are final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item. If approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit where appropriate.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging.
Product Information
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, slight variations in colour, embellishments, and measurements may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and handcrafted production.
Please allow a measurement variation of up to 2 cm.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, product designs, graphics, and text, is the property of Divine Daughters and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Divine Daughters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
